On The Move - Tom Hill Receives SIOR Designation

Tom Hill, Waterbury has achieved the SIOR Industrial designation awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, an international association of professional commercial real estate brokers. The SIOR designation ceremony will be held at the Society's 1997 Spring Convention, April 3-6 in San Diego.

To Achieve the designation, Tom completed at least seven years creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate, passed a stringent qualifying written exam and demonstrated to the society professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity.

Hill also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is one of only six commercial real estate brokers in the state to hold both the SIOR and the CCIM designations.
