Looking for 50,000 to 100,000 SF industrial building to purchase or lease with purchase.  Needs to have a section of 24 foot ceilings, city water/sewer and in good condition.  

Apartment complexes of 40 units and up and/or challenging condominium projects.  Built or “to be developed”.   All residential opportunities considered.  Have qualified builder/owner landlord with funds, good credit who is reasonable and flexible.   

Up to 6 acres for contractor and his showroom.  Prefers south of Waterbury on Rt. 8. 

Land of 3+ acres and/or 10,000 SF or larger for corporate office and some hidden or screened warehouse space in Watertown, Thomaston or northwestern Waterbury.   

“Off market properties” in all categories.     

Investment property and/or development land with reasonable ability to obtain permits or approved.  Up to $4M, one million in cash, down payment; experienced buyer.           

10,000 SF wanted for industrial use with 15 foot ceilings, 2 covered loading docks with 5 year lease around Waterbury.
