Tom Hill III, CCIM/SIOR provides brokerage and advisory services to business and industry. With over 30 years in the commercial and industrial real estate field, Tom holds the prestigious CCIM designation of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Of 80,000 commercial real state agents in the USA, only 10,000 hold the CCIM designation, also called the "Ph.D." of real estate.

Tom was recently awarded the SIOR designation by the society of Industrial & Office Realtors. The application process took almost 3 years and he qualified on industrial transactions totaling over 13 million dollars.

Other professional affiliations include the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers, The Waterbury Chamber Of Commerce, and The Association of Metropolitan NY.

Tom is also a radio personality and is available for speaking engagements on all forms of commercial real estate and the economy, group training/education, Master of Ceremonies, motivational speaking,  and radio or television guest or host.
